The Caledonia Education Foundation is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and operating under an approved set of bylaws.
While the Board is independent in its organization and responsibilities, it works closely with Caledonia Community Schools administrators, teachers, students, parents, and the school board to maximize the value, continuity, and effectiveness of grant awards that benefit the district.
