Board of Directors
The Caledonia Education Foundation is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors and operates under an approved set of bylaws.
While the Board is independent in organization and responsibility, it works closely with Caledonia Community School administrators, teachers, students, parents, and school board to maximize the value, continuity, and efficiency of grant awards.
